We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Professional to join our team at Boldergroup. As an international accounting expert, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, including monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
- Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors to ensure smooth and accurate client account audits, and provide expert advice on financial matters.
- Financial Administration: Manage and maintain robust financial administrations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes.
- Tax Preparation: Prepare and present accurate and timely tax returns, and provide expert advice on tax matters.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for financial optimization.
- Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business economics.
- International Experience: At least 3 years of international working experience in a similar role.
- Real Estate Accounting: Knowledge and experience in real estate accounting is highly valued.
- GAAP/IFRS: Strong understanding and application of Spanish GAAP/IFRS.
- Software Skills: Familiarity with A3 software is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Good command of English and Spanish, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively in a global context.
- Pressure Handling: Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate flexibility.
