Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales and Operations departments. This is not a traditional Salesforce Admin role, and we are looking for someone who can take ownership of several aspects, from day-to-day admin tasks to working hand-in-hand with our Product Managers on projects that impact different business units.

Key Responsibilities
  1. System Performance: Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and installed packages.
  2. Cloud Implementations: Maintain Sales and Service cloud implementations.
  3. Database Management: Perform database maintenance tasks, including data imports/exports using Data Loader.
  4. Security and Access: Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with our Product Managers and Engineers in solution design, bringing in unique perspectives across security, best practices, scalability, limits, and your intuition as a Salesforce Specialist.
  6. Field Support: Field support requests from our existing user base and maintain relationships with Salesforce support when needed.
Requirements
  1. Certification: Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
  2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
  3. Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
  4. Integration: Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
  5. Database Skills: Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
