At Kantox, we're seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving our sales processes.

About the Role

As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch administrative support to our sales team. This includes user management, data maintenance, and security management. You'll also collaborate with our sales team to configure and maintain advanced flows, validation rules, and email templates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily Salesforce administration tasks, including user management and data maintenance
  • Support the sales team in configuring and maintaining advanced flows and validation rules
  • Collaborate with departments to gather requirements and provide Salesforce solutions to meet business needs
  • Assist in data migration, report generation, and dashboard creation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic Salesforce issues for end users
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices

About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. You'll have a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform and experience with standard objects, data modeling, user management, and security.
