Salesforce Administrator Intern

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator Intern to join our Commercial Operations team at Kantox. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in daily Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, data maintenance, and security management.
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will work closely with our Salesforce team to configure and maintain advanced flows, validation rules, email templates, and other process automation. You will also collaborate with departments to gather requirements and provide Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, data maintenance, and security management.
- Support the Salesforce team in configuring and maintaining advanced flows, validation rules, email templates, and other process automation.
- Collaborate with departments to gather requirements and provide Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
- Assist in data migration, report generation, and dashboard creation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic Salesforce issues for end users.
- Participate in Salesforce projects, contributing to enhancements and system optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices.
