Embark on a challenging role as an Account Development Specialist, working with us at Recruitment Direct.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.
About the Role
This is a full-time position responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with retail partners, helping them boost sales and manage their product range. You will work directly with independent retail outlets, offering strategic advice and ensuring they have the right products in stock.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with retail partners regularly to ensure they have the necessary information about new product ranges.
- Sales Growth: Advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong, trust-based relationships with customers to establish long-term partnerships.
- Stock Management: Conduct regular stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.
- Program Expansion: Explore opportunities to expand our stockist program and maintain engagement from partners.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organized and efficient, and have a passion for sales and customer relationships.
Language Requirements: Fluency in English and French, with proficiency in one additional European language.
