Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Execute a Comprehensive Digital Strategy: Create and implement a robust digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives, brand identity, and target audience.
  2. Content Creation and Management: Develop, edit, and publish high-quality content daily, including short-form videos, reels, and images, designed to drive engagement and brand loyalty.
  3. Community Engagement: Actively manage and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and positive manner.
  4. Analytics and Optimization: Monitor digital metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and using insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and PR teams to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
  6. Trend Monitoring and Innovation: Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, particularly within the beauty and fashion sectors, and incorporate relevant trends into our strategy.
  7. Influencer Marketing: Identify, establish, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors in the beauty space to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Qualifications:
  1. Experience and Track Record: Demonstrated success in growing digital marketing campaigns.
  2. Digital Marketing Expertise: Extensive experience managing and optimizing Instagram and TikTok accounts.
  3. Industry Immersion: Strong connection to the beauty and fashion industry.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficient in video editing, particularly for short-form content, with experience using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite being a plus.
  5. Influencer Relations: Experience managing influencer partnerships.
  6. Language: Fluent in English.
