Kyndryl, a leading technology company, is seeking an experienced Cloud Alliance Growth Strategist to join our team in Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for driving revenue expansion through strategic partnerships.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional to lead growth and revenue generation through strategic partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Business Development: Collaborate with partners and Kyndryl to identify new opportunities, explore emerging companies, and create business plans.
  • Alliance Management: Build and manage relationships with strategic partners, address requests and issues, and oversee contractual and operational requirements.
  • Practice & Client Alignment: Work with practices and partners to deploy new services, address client needs, and promote partner capabilities within the organization.
  • Talent & Training: Coordinate certifications and training needs with practices and partners to meet required certification levels and enable services with specific technologies.
  • Configuration and Order: Provide presales assistance and manage timely purchase orders, working with partners to meet delivery commitments.
  • Finance & Billing: Manage financial performance with partners, track rebates and benefits obtained, and control and forecast hyperscaler costs.

About You:

We're looking for someone with experience in sales and business development, particularly in technical solutions and AWS. You should have excellent client management and relationship skills, as well as the ability to impact and influence stakeholders. English and Spanish fluency is essential.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at around €80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This includes a base salary, bonuses, and benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
