About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Cloud Solutions Sales Professional. As a key member of our startup growth enablement team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction in the EMEA region.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets in your defined territory. You will work closely with our startup customers to understand their business needs and develop compelling value propositions around AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with startup customers and partners
  • Develop and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
  • Accelerate customer adoption and growth
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption

A Day in the Life:

A typical day involves engaging with developers and the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to discuss strategies for scaling the business. Conversations with founders are a key aspect, focusing on assisting them in achieving their business goals.

The team collaborates internally during daily syncs, where ideas are shared, and discussions revolve around driving new opportunities and mutual learning.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Technology-related sales or business development experience
  • Ability to build and deliver against a plan for your territory which meets or exceeds revenue targets
  • Entrepreneurial "builder" mentality
  • Comfortable delivering results amid ambiguity and change

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passion for helping startups grow
  • A technical or educational background in engineering, computer science
  • Experience selling cloud solutions
