Job Title: AI Channel Growth Strategist and Program Manager

Job Summary:

HP is seeking a highly skilled AI Channel Growth Strategist and Program Manager to lead the development and execution of our Artificial Intelligence (AI) channel growth strategy. This role will be responsible for driving the implementation of our AI strategy in assigned geographies, articulating and selling the HP AI value proposition to channel partners, and formulating short and long-term AI project roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the implementation of HP Channel AI Strategy in assigned geographies
  • Articulate and sell the HP AI value proposition to channel partners
  • Formulate short and long-term AI project roadmaps, form matrix project teams, articulate workstreams, drive team interaction cadence, and own overall project progress, monitoring, and intervening on gaps
  • Update and collect input from a large group of internal international stakeholders, including senior managers and data scientists
  • Engage with selected channel partners on AI projects, presenting deliverables and collecting feedback and requirements
  • Produce, curate, and maintain up-to-date internal and external communication about project progress
  • Organize moderate briefings, trainings, and feedback meetings with market channel program leads and market channel sales teams
  • Govern timelines and KPI dashboards

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3-6 years of work experience with data analytics and/or data-centric business management
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business with strong quantitative content and performance
  • Strong communicator with an energetic, positive approach and teamwork capabilities
  • Strong demonstrated project management skills
  • Strong business acumen, business, and customer-oriented
  • Ability to deliver in a virtual collaboration environment
