Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team at PRIMA Partners. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies and ideas to drive business growth in the Microsoft AI domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share in the Microsoft AI space.
  • Provide top-level service to customers, understanding their needs and requirements, and adapting technology to meet their business objectives.
  • Take ownership of building an accurate and detailed deal pipeline within our CRM system.
  • Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on sales activity, tracking performance of promotional activities, and the deal pipeline.
  • Drive the execution of business and marketing plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide training to customers and internal sales teams on Microsoft AI solutions.
  • Communicate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers and internal sales teams.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales within an IT scope.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Cloud solutions, particularly Azure.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft AI and Copilot.
  • Business proficiency in both Spanish and English languages.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Service provider background.
  • SAP ERP experience.
  • Team leadership capabilities.
