Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share in the Microsoft AI space.
- Provide top-level service to customers, understanding their needs and requirements, and adapting technology to meet their business objectives.
- Take ownership of building an accurate and detailed deal pipeline within our CRM system.
- Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on sales activity, tracking performance of promotional activities, and the deal pipeline.
- Drive the execution of business and marketing plans to achieve sales targets.
- Provide training to customers and internal sales teams on Microsoft AI solutions.
- Communicate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers and internal sales teams.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales within an IT scope.
- Experience working with Microsoft Cloud solutions, particularly Azure.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft AI and Copilot.
- Business proficiency in both Spanish and English languages.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
