About the Role:

Criteo is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Strategist Intern to join our team. As an Account Strategist Intern, you will play a key role in retaining and growing existing business across various industries and developing strategic partnerships across Criteo's products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to clients by monitoring, optimizing, and reporting campaign performances to advertisers and media agencies.
  • Solve client issues and bugs by troubleshooting and liaising with the Business Intelligence and Technical Solutions team.
  • Collaborate with Creative Designers to optimize the look and feel of client creatives.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the existing business portfolio and contribute to the improvement of tools and processes.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as creating IOs and tickets.

Requirements:

  • Previous internship experience in sales and client service in a tech-related field.
  • Business acumen to handle a multitasking environment with prioritization.
  • Ability to work and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail to explore product performances and explain recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills across all levels of interlocutors.
  • Business-level English, both spoken and written.
  • Passion for media, internet trends, and continual learning.
  • Strong knowledge of core MS Office applications.
