About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Hilton Meetings Coordinator to join our team at Hampton Inn Charlotte-Uptown. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of all banquet functions, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist with the planning, organization, and execution of all banquet functions, including breakfast, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
  2. Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that all client representatives and guests receive a warm welcome and timely assistance.
  3. Process banquet checks accurately and efficiently for payment, ensuring that all financial transactions are handled with precision and attention to detail.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may occur during events, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  5. Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local, and company regulations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
