French Customer Service Representative

Teleperformance Spain, a leading provider of customer experience management, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in French.
Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline service to customers and route their calls to the appropriate department.
- Offer a friendly and efficient service in answering customer queries.
- Ensure agreed KPIs are met.
- Perform duties in a compliant manner in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our products.
Requirements:
- Native level of French.
- Ability to speak and write English fluently.
- Minimum of 2 years customer services experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent customer focus and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- IT literate.
What We Offer:
- Full-time (9.00h h) and part-time (13.30h to 18.00h) positions available, from Monday to Friday.
- 1 week of initial training.
- Full time Salary 18.461,68€ gross / year.
- This is a Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
