Customer Service Representative - French

Teleperformance Spain, a leading provider of contact center services, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join their team in Barcelona.

About the Role

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in French, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer queries.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.

Requirements

  • Native level of French language proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • IT literate, with previous experience in Salesforce an advantage.
