**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, including administrative tasks, communication with clients and staff, and maintaining a high level of organization and productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and maintaining records

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

* Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including financial reports and client information

**Requirements**

* 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a consulting firm or similar industry

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and staff at all levels

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and attention to detail

**Language Requirements**

* Native fluency in Urdu or Bengali, with a strong command of Spanish and English

**Salary and Benefits**

* Competitive salary range of €15,000 - €20,000 per year, depending on experience
