- HR Reporting: Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR metrics.
- Compliance and Employee Relations: Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws. Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- HR Projects and Initiatives: Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
- Skills: Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
