HR Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin specialist to join our dynamic team providing HR payroll administrative support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure that documentation and records are kept up to date and in order.
- Provide accurate information for requests from staff or managers about payroll or legal issues.
- Ensure that Workday is updated in line with payroll changes (maternity leave, unpaid leave, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Conduct research on salary benchmarks, legal information, etc.
- Support the International Payroll Manager in HR projects and tasks.
- Follow up on extra hours and days of holiday in alignment with our internal policies.
- Prepare work certificates for employees when needed.
- Manage interns and their agreements with universities or study centres.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in labour relations/business or similar relevant field.
- HR diploma as a plus.
- At least 2 years' experience in HR administration.
- Proficient use of Excel.
- Experience in Workday as an administrator.
- Knowledge and experience in other HR areas and interest to participate in various HR projects and tasks.
Language Skills:
- Fluent English.
- Fluent Spanish.
- As a big plus: Fluent French, German or Italian.
