We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin specialist to join our dynamic team providing HR payroll administrative support.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that documentation and records are kept up to date and in order.
  • Provide accurate information for requests from staff or managers about payroll or legal issues.
  • Ensure that Workday is updated in line with payroll changes (maternity leave, unpaid leave, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Conduct research on salary benchmarks, legal information, etc.
  • Support the International Payroll Manager in HR projects and tasks.
  • Follow up on extra hours and days of holiday in alignment with our internal policies.
  • Prepare work certificates for employees when needed.
  • Manage interns and their agreements with universities or study centres.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in labour relations/business or similar relevant field.
  • HR diploma as a plus.
  • At least 2 years' experience in HR administration.
  • Proficient use of Excel.
  • Experience in Workday as an administrator.
  • Knowledge and experience in other HR areas and interest to participate in various HR projects and tasks.


Language Skills:

  • Fluent English.
  • Fluent Spanish.
  • As a big plus: Fluent French, German or Italian.
