Job Summary:
The Talent Hunter is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our LATAM Desk in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our office, managing administrative staff, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Desk Operations: Coordinate office activities, ensure efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
- Administrative Support: Oversee and support administrative staff members, ensuring they have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
- Office Management: Manage office supplies, budget, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all company regulations and procedures, handling confidential information in a professional and secure manner.
- Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge and Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, proficiency in MS Office, and office management software.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
