About the Role:

Verve Group is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our Publisher Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Publishers across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to engage new Publishers and expand existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create compelling sales materials and pitch decks.
  • Lead external facing calls and meetings with new and prospective clients to convert prospects into signed clients.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process and meet client expectations.
  • Develop strategies to maximize Publisher's available inventory and daily delivery needs.
  • Provide sales forecasts and reports to the executive team.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of sales experience in AdTech, preferably on the Publisher side.
  • An existing network of Publishers in the EMEA region.
  • Experience in executing and managing technical integrations (VAST, RTB, Prebid, SDK, etc.).
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Full business proficiency in English is a must; additional European language is beneficial.
