Job Title: AWS Trainer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions on AWS cloud services, ensuring that participants gain a deep understanding of cloud computing concepts and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of AWS cloud services, including architecture, security, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with sales and product management teams to provide sales support and customer engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and vendor technology, exam, and certification guidelines, and share knowledge with colleagues.
  • Represent the Skillsoft values, demonstrating a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence in all interactions.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English is essential for this role.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues at all levels.
  • Proven experience in training and education, preferably in a cloud computing or IT-related field.
