Your Role

As a key member of our international commercial team, you'll focus on supporting sales efforts and acquiring new business in the German-Austria market.

Responsibilities

  • Apply a consultative sales approach to acquire new business
  • Provide exceptional customer service and account management
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, updating ERP systems with follow-ups and quotations
  • Create and manage quotations and documentation
  • Construct strong customer relationships through post-sales service and effective solution selling
  • Negotiate with suppliers, customers, and distributors to maximize profit margins
  • Offer hands-on customer support

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in telesales and/or e-commerce
  • Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the IT sector
  • Results-driven and dedicated to exceeding sales targets
  • Native German language skills
  • Availability to work from Madrid (residency in Madrid preferred)
  • Willingness to learn and grasp new business/technical concepts
