We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to lead our product development team in the plant-based foods industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development, with experience managing projects from lab to factory scale.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a team, renovate our product portfolio, and develop new products using proprietary technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and manage a team of product development professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Product Innovation & Development:
    • Drive the renovation of existing product portfolios and lead the launch of new products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market needs.
    • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from lab-scale testing to full-scale factory production, ensuring quality and innovation at every stage.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead product development projects with minimal supervision, adapting to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Experience: 10-15 years in product development within the food industry, with experience managing projects from lab to factory scale.
  • Leadership: Proven experience managing teams in a product development environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong background as a product development technologist or specialist, with hands-on experience across various food technologies.
  • Industry Exposure: Experience in both large-scale corporations and smaller, more agile companies is a benefit.
