In this position, you will take charge of defining, coordinating, and facilitating the execution of Red Bull's eCommerce strategy across various channels including Bricks 'N Clicks (e.g., Carrefour, Dia), Pure Play (e.g., Amazon), Delivery (e.g., Glovo), and Online B2B (e.g., B Grup, Makro) accounts.

You will adopt an entrepreneurial approach to account management for rapidly growing and strategic clients, all within an evolving channel for Red Bull. Your responsibilities will include direct management of Pure Play accounts and providing guidance to Key Account teams on eCommerce strategies, developing and implementing business plans, spearheading initiatives to enhance online performance, and analyzing progress against established objectives.

To ensure success, you will collaborate closely with local Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams, in addition to the Global eCommerce team.

As the eCommerce Manager, you will formulate, implement, and oversee annual eCommerce business plans that fulfill both Red Bull's and customer objectives for Pure Play and Delivery clients. You will collaborate with Red Bull Key Account teams to shape eCommerce priorities across Bricks 'N Clicks and Online B2B customers. Your role will encompass managing the promotional and pricing calendar, enhancing onsite visibility, volume planning, and overseeing trade expenditures. You will utilize insights to drive actions that meet both customer and Red Bull business goals while executing Red Bull's marketing strategies to attract new users and distinguish the brand from competitors. You will improve online execution on retailer platforms by leading initiatives that identify and address performance gaps, positioning Red Bull as a category leader in the channel. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will develop category and shopper insights for the eCommerce beverage and energy drink sectors, pinpointing and disseminating best practices to engage new online shoppers and elevate the Red Bull brand across digital platforms. You will be accountable for eCommerce sales and market share reporting, as well as conducting quarterly business reviews to assess progress against sales and financial targets. Additionally, you will drive post-campaign analyses to evaluate effectiveness and optimize investments. You will work alongside Red Bull Key Account teams to enhance eCommerce knowledge and ensure business plans are aligned with Red Bull's eCommerce strategies. You will lead cross-functional workstreams to deliver unique solutions in close collaboration with key stakeholders, including Finance, Operations, Marketing, Shopper Insights, and Global eCommerce. You will leverage data, insights, and new customer capabilities to identify and pursue new revenue and brand marketing opportunities. A minimum of 5 years of experience working with global brands (preferably in the FMCG/grocery sector) or leading Pure Play/Bricks 'N Clicks/Marketplaces across sales, marketing, and insights functions. A solid understanding of eCommerce is essential, ideally with experience in account management or online category management. Strong strategic thinking capabilities combined with a hands-on approach, practical in developing initiatives from the ground up, and a passion for driving projects to the next level. Excellent analytical skills and experience utilizing both internal and external data sources. Proficient in planning, prioritization, and project management. Experience collaborating with Digital Advertising Agencies. Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present and collaborate effectively. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence a diverse range of external and internal stakeholders. Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time.
