About this Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Labor Relations Specialist to join our team at Ericsson. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company rules and regulations.

Your expertise in Spanish labor law and industrial relations will be essential in driving our people story and securing a positive people experience. You will work closely with line management, HR Business Partners, and the HR Shared Service Center to implement HR processes, tools, and solutions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company rules and regulations
  • Building and maintaining a healthy labor relations environment
  • Driving negotiations with unions for all necessary labor topics
  • Assessing and driving labor matters in mergers and acquisitions
  • Representing the company in labor legal procedures and claims

As a Labor Relations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and initiatives, from implementing new HR processes to driving labor relations strategies. What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Spanish Labor Law
  • At least 7 years' experience in Labor Relations area in the HR department in a company or consultancy firm
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proficient in English and Microsoft Office
