The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HR & Legal consultant to join our Information Technology department, reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager HR & Legal. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert support to our Human Resources and Legal departments, leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen to drive success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consulting services to the Human Resources department, with a focus on Success Factors and related modules.
- Manage internal client relationships, fostering strong partnerships and promoting process improvements.
- Collaborate on HR & Legal projects related to the IT department, ensuring effective management and execution.
- Monitor project budgets and select suppliers, ensuring optimal results.
- Manage incidents and changes in the Service Desk, maintaining SLA compliance and driving process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience providing support to Human Resources from the Technology area in SAP Success Factors Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, and People Analytics.
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent level of English and Spanish is an asset.
- Desire to work in an international Information Systems environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
