The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (search, social, display, email, etc.) to ensure optimal traffic and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, development) to align messaging and creative elements with campaign objectives.
- Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and meet KPIs.
- Analyze traffic data and identify areas for improvement in user acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing, SEO, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies to enhance website traffic and performance.
- Manage traffic flow across digital touchpoints, ensuring consistent brand experience.
- Track and report on digital traffic performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Present findings to internal stakeholders and offer data-driven suggestions for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or traffic management roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads, etc.).
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
