Job Title: Resort Ambassador

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Resort Ambassador to join our team at Saga Group. As a Resort Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable holiday experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, ensuring they feel at home during their stay.
  • Organize and run local authentic experience programs, showcasing the best of our destinations and building strong relationships with the local community.
  • Host activities and games during the day, incorporating the local area into the guests' holiday experience.
  • Ensure the program runs as advertised, offering a full personalized concierge service to our guests.
  • Conduct pre-season and end-of-season checks, ensuring customer service is at the forefront of everything you do.
  • Manage concerns effectively and efficiently, with a resolution-focused attitude.
  • See in new arrivals seamlessly, ensuring all details are taken care of, and ensure the hotel is ready for our guests' arrival.
  • Meet and greet customers at airport arrivals and departures, where required, and conduct a comprehensive welcome meeting providing guests with necessary information.
  • Achieve optional excursion sales and service targets, maintaining strong relationships with the hotel to ensure good service levels are maintained.
  • Guide excursions where necessary, ensuring all Saga branding is up-to-date at all times, and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines as directed by your Manager and in the Manual.
  • Manage welfare situations, providing a safe and supportive environment for our guests.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of the local area and culture
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
