Customer Experience Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our European CX team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our users and gym partners in German and English.
Your primary focus will be on answering questions, managing handover requests, and ensuring an excellent service experience. You'll also be responsible for categorizing interactions to identify areas for improvement and contribute to our commitment to service excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Manage customer communications and respond to requests via email and chat
- Provide accurate and complete information using the right methods and communication procedures
- Take care of customer complaints and provide solutions and alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through empathy and open communication
- Manage the CRM system and updates, keeping records of customer interactions and processing customer accounts and files
- Achieve personal and team targets
- Collaborate closely with multiple departments to support all processes and operations
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
