Salary


The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. As a Global Rewards Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our Rewards and Recognition strategy, ensuring diligent execution of our compensation strategy at a global level.


Job Description


You will create value by building and maintaining a global rewards structure, preparing and running the Compensation Review process, owning the internal job grading methodology, conducting benchmarking processes, and providing recommendations on compensation elements. You will also increase awareness and education on compensation strategy and processes within the organization, support the design and execution of our ESOP (long-term incentive plan), and design rewards-related policies and procedures.


Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will need at least 2-3 years of progressive experience in Rewards, having actively participated in salary benchmarking, building salary references, job grades, and leading compensation review processes at a large scale. Experience managing share schemes and ESOP programs is also essential.
