About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Program Senior Manager to join our Engineering team at Criteo. As a key member of our Strategic Projects Office, you will be responsible for driving strategic and transversal initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to define and steer key projects within our corporate priorities and transformation programs.
  • Develop and implement complex program scoping and problem-solving strategies through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Formalize strategic program recommendations and implementation plans with clear milestones, objectives, and timelines.
  • Lead and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of overall objectives among project teams.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding and anticipating their priorities in light of program objectives.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in program management, with a focus on strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement complex program scoping and problem-solving strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and stakeholders while managing risks and issues.
