Strategic Program Senior Manager

Criteo is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Program Senior Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a member of our Strategic Projects Office, you will play a key role in developing, leading, and project managing major strategic programs that drive business strategy change and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive discussions with senior leaders and their teams to define and steer key projects within the company's Race Plan or Transformation programs.
  • Direct and implement complex program scoping and problem-solving through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Formalize strategic program recommendations and implementation plans with clear milestones, objectives, and timelines.
  • Lead and communicate efficiently with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Ensure day-to-day management of the program and track progress against plan.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of Criteo's strategy and business dynamics.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional or operational projects.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and anticipate future trends.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
