About the Role

Criteo is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Program Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Strategic Projects Office, you will be responsible for driving strategic and transversal initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to define and steer key projects within the company's Race Plan or Transformation programs.
  • Develop and implement complex program scoping and problem-solving strategies through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Formalize strategic program recommendations and implementation plans with clear milestones, objectives, and timelines.
  • Ensure day-to-day management of programs and track progress against plans, ensuring alignment and understanding of overall objectives among project teams.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding and anticipating their priorities in light of program objectives.
  • Effectively handle priorities, balancing stakeholder needs across multiple programs, identifying risks, and proactively managing issues.
  • Monitor and report progress to program sponsors, tracking progress and securing appropriate staffing.
  • Develop and mentor junior resources on projects, providing guidance and insights.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of management, strategy, financial, or M&A consulting experience.
  • Cross-functional project management experience, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Operational experience in fast-moving, changing environments.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA preferred.
  • Fluency in English mandatory.
