About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Program Manager to join our team at Criteo. As a key member of our Strategic Projects Office, you will be responsible for driving strategic and transversal initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive discussions with senior business stakeholders to define and steer key projects within our corporate priorities and transformation programs.
  • Direct and implement complex program scoping and problem-solving through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Formalize strategic program recommendations and implementation plans with clear milestones, objectives, and timelines.
  • Lead and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of overall objectives among the project team.
  • Ensure day-to-day management of the program, tracking progress against plan and identifying risks and issues.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional or operational projects, with a strong understanding of business strategy and transformation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think end-to-end and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
