About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Program Manager to join our team at Criteo. As a key member of our Strategic Projects Office, you will be responsible for driving strategic and transversal initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to define and steer key projects aligned with our company roadmap.
  • Program Management: Direct and implement complex program scoping and problem-solving through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Formalize program recommendations and implementation plans with clear milestones, objectives, and timelines.
  • Project Coordination: Ensure day-to-day management of programs, track progress against plan, and ensure alignment among project teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, understand their priorities, and develop tailored recommendations.
  • Risk Management: Identify and proactively manage risks and issues that may arise during program execution.
  • Reporting and Monitoring: Ensure proper monitoring and reporting to program sponsors, track progress, and secure appropriate staffing.
  • Team Development: Develop, drive, and mentor junior resources on the project, providing guidance and insights.
  • Methodology Improvement: Direct and support the improvement of methodologies, processes, and tools across the SPO team.
Requirements
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven experience in leading cross-functional or operational projects, with a strong understanding of Criteo's strategy and business dynamics.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Deep understanding of project management techniques, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and change control.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and other departments, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Problem-Solving: Efficient and effective problem-solving for large-scale programs with complex scenarios and high stakes.
