About the Role

Criteo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Strategic Projects Office, you will be responsible for driving strategic and transversal initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to define and steer key projects within our company-wide roadmap.
  • Program Management: Direct and implement complex program scoping and problem-solving through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Formalize strategic program recommendations and implementation plans with clear milestones, objectives, and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ensure day-to-day management of the program and track progress against plan, ensuring alignment and understanding of overall objectives among the project team.
  • Risk Management: Effectively handle priorities, balancing stakeholders' needs across multiple programs, identifying risks, and proactively managing issues that could arise.
  • Reporting and Monitoring: Ensure proper monitoring and reporting to program sponsors, track progress, and secure appropriate staffing.
  • Team Development: When relevant, develop, drive, and mentor junior resources on the project, providing them with guidance and insights.
  • Methodology Improvement: Direct and support the improvement of methodologies, processes, and tools across the SPO team.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6-7+ years of management, strategy, financial, or M&A consulting experience, or cross-functional project management exposure.
  • Skills: Strong communication, active listening, strategic thinking, project management, measurement and analysis, interpersonal and influencing skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience, with an MBA preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: A background in the high-tech industry and understanding of the business and/or functional areas can be extremely helpful.
  • Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.
