About the Role

Criteo is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Program Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Strategic Projects Office, you will be responsible for driving strategic and transversal initiatives, collaborating with senior business stakeholders, and aligning with our global company roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive discussions with leaders and their teams to define and steer key projects within the Race Plan or Transformation programs
  • Direct and implement complex program scoping and problem-solving through qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Formalize strategic program recommendations and implementation plans with clear milestones, objectives, and timelines
  • Lead and communicate efficiently with senior to C-level audiences
  • Ensure day-to-day management of the program and track progress against plan
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand and anticipate their priorities
  • Effectively handle priorities, balancing stakeholders' needs across multiple programs
Requirements
  • 6-7+ years of management/strategy/financial/M&A consulting experience
  • Cross-functional project management exposure, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Operational experience in fast-moving/changing environments
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA preferred
  • Fluency in English mandatory
