About the Role

The Strategic Projects Office (SPO) is responsible for developing, leading, and project managing major strategic programs at Criteo. As a Strategic Program Senior Manager, you'll be responsible for driving discussions with our Leaders and their respective teams to define and steer key projects within the Race Plan or Transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive discussions with senior stakeholders to define and steer key projects within the Race Plan or Transformation programs
  • Direct and implement complex program scoping and problem-solving through qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Formalize strategic program recommendations and implementation plans with clear milestones, objectives, and timelines
  • Lead and communicate efficiently with senior to C-level audiences
  • Ensure day-to-day management of the program and track progress against plan
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to build trusted relationships and obtain buy-in on recommendations
