About the Role

The Strategic Program Senior Manager will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives and projects at Criteo. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's development and transformation by managing complex, cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive discussions with senior business stakeholders to define and steer key projects aligned with the company's roadmap.
  • Direct and implement complex program scoping and problem-solving through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Formalize strategic program recommendations and implementation plans with clear milestones, objectives, and timelines.
  • Lead and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Ensure day-to-day management of the program and track progress against plan.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to build trusted relationships and obtain buy-in on recommendations.
  • Effectively handle priorities, balancing stakeholders' needs across multiple programs, and identify and manage risks.
