Job Description

This role will be crucial in developing and executing global marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and revenue growth. As a Customer Marketing Specialist, you'll manage upselling and cross-selling projects within our existing customer base, focusing on revenue growth and driving business results.

  • Upsell and Cross-Sell Initiatives: Define, plan, and execute end-to-end projects to drive revenue growth.
  • Segmented and Targeted Communication: Prepare and execute segmented communication plans to effectively reach diverse customer groups.
  • Growth Contribution: Contribute to the growth of high-potential projects by identifying and leveraging key opportunities.

In this role, you'll work closely with local market teams to understand regional needs and tailor marketing strategies accordingly. You'll also collaborate with product marketing teams to ensure alignment with product launches and updates.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (knowledge of HubSpot or SalesForce is an advantage).
