About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Airbus Global Graduate Programme as a Digital Business Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to understand business requirements and operational objectives.
  • Identify areas for improvement in business processes and provide digital solutions compliant with our strategy.
  • Support the Digital Product Manager in product planning based on customer requirements.
  • Produce documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits for customers.
  • Define and develop specification documents for stakeholders and product team members.
  • Monitor external business trends to better challenge business requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between product management teams and technical resources during product development and implementation.
What We're Looking For
  • A degree in IT, Technology, or a comparable subject.
  • First professional experience or a specific interest in the digital environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A desire to work in a collaborative team environment focused on driving future innovation.
  • The ability to be self-aware and take ownership of your development.
