Mercury Systems: Sales Operations Analyst Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Analyst to join our International Growth organization at Mercury Systems. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing data and developing methodologies to measure and report on the performance of the Sales function.

Main Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Reporting

Analyze sales data and develop dashboards, reports, and files to measure and report on sales performance.

Methodology Development

Develop and maintain methodologies to integrate new business units and organizational changes.

Support to Senior Director

Support the Senior Director of International Growth in preparing dashboards and ad-hoc reports for the Growth Function.

Salesforce Management

Participate in the quality improvement of Salesforce content, highlighting inconsistencies.

Customer Support

Support Strategic Accounts Managers in verifying new opportunities are created correctly in Salesforce.

Process Improvement

Review sales processes and align with organizational changes, suggesting improvements and training.

Additional Tasks

Perform other tasks as required by the Senior Director of International Growth to support the Growth Organization.

Requirements

  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Commercial or Company Administration.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales and/or business development position, preferably in the aerospace industry.

Skills

Fluent English required; fluent French is an advantage.

Personal Qualities

Teamwork, organization, analysis, leadership, tenacity, results-oriented, and knowledge of sales forecasting.
