We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Digital Business Partner. As a Graduate Digital Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us move forward and deliver our vision.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to understand complex business requirements and operational objectives of customers.
- Identify areas for improvement in business processes and provide possible digital solutions compliant with the digital strategy.
- Support the Digital Product Manager in product/service planning based on customer requirements.
- Produce documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits for customers.
- Define and develop specification documents for review with stakeholders and product team members.
- Monitor external business trends to better challenge business requirements.
- Serve as liaison between product management teams and technical resources during product development and implementation.
**Development Pathway:**
Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into the position. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in an area strategically important for Airbus, gain knowledge of the Airbus business, and learn more about yourself and what makes you great.
