About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Airbus Global Graduate Programme as a Digital Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to understand business requirements and operational objectives.
Identify areas for improvement in business processes and provide digital solutions compliant with our strategy.
Support the Digital Product Manager in product planning based on customer requirements.
Produce documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits for customers.
Define and develop specification documents for stakeholders and product team members.
Monitor external business trends to better challenge business requirements.
Serve as a liaison between product management teams and technical resources during product development and implementation.

Development Pathway

As a Digital Business Partner, you will be on a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of a Digital Business Analyst. Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position.

Requirements

Educated to a degree level or equivalent in IT/Technology or a comparable subject.
First professional experience or specific interest in the digital environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
A desire to work in a collaborative team environment focused on driving future innovation.
The ability to be self-aware and a willingness to be in the driving seat of your development.
