**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced Advisory PMO Consultant to join our team. As an Advisory PMO Consultant, you will work closely with our customers to understand their HR transformation needs and provide guidance on how to achieve successful implementations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide advisory services to customers on HR transformation strategies and implementation plans
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to help customers understand new HR technology and its benefits
  • Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new HR technology
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
