Join Our Advisory Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Advisory PMO Coordinator to support our advisory projects on project management activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining project management tools, creating contact lists, and managing access to tools and documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support advisory projects on project management activities, including setting up and maintaining project management tools
  • Create contact lists and manage access to tools and documents
  • Track activities and risk management
  • Perform weekly project financial reporting
  • Support project closure activities, including removal of accesses and documentation of lessons learned
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings
  • Document actions for initial project meetings and share outcomes with relevant stakeholders
  • Support the Project Manager on creation and maintenance of project management documents
