Role Overview

Alight's Advisory team is dedicated to supporting customers on their HR Transformation journeys. As an Advisory PMO Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of new HR technology, including HR and Payroll Cloud systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting advisory projects on project management activities, such as setting up and maintaining project management tools and document management systems
  • Creating contact lists and managing access to tools and documents
  • Tracking activities and risk management, including maintaining RAID logs
  • Performing weekly project financial reporting and helping with project closure activities
