Job Title: Hub Delivery Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HubDP store owners and community leaders.
  • Provide lifecycle management and operational support for on-boarded stores.
  • Monitor performance, lead meetings, assign job duties, and address ambiguity.
  • Drive improvements by analyzing metrics and identifying root causes.
  • Develop practical solutions to complex problems without compromising quality or functionality.
  • Communicate effectively with business and technical audiences.
  • Support the rollout of new systems and processes, gathering feedback and ensuring supervisors have necessary tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Relevant experience in logistics and data analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing people and identifying scalable processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
