About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Amazon. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local stores and stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with HubDP store owners and community leaders, fostering trust and cooperation.
  2. Lifecycle Management: Provide operational support and management for on-boarded stores, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  3. Team Support: Collaborate with your team to manage daily operations, including monitoring performance, leading meetings, and assigning tasks.
  4. Problem-Solving: Utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues, driving improvements and finding practical solutions.
  5. Communication: Effectively communicate with business and technical audiences, influencing decisions and driving results.
  6. Support and Feedback: Provide day-to-day support during system rollouts and gather feedback to improve processes.
  7. Tool Utilization: Leverage software and hardware tools to ensure normal day-to-day operations.
  8. Supervisor Support: Ensure supervisors have necessary tools and resources, coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.
  9. Metric Communication: Communicate daily metrics and manage escalations.
  10. Collaboration: Work closely with Operations and CO teams, ensuring regular communication.
Requirements
  1. Travel: Willingness to travel to visit HubDP Stores/Delivery Stations (regional level), with varying frequency.
  2. Flexibility: Ability to work in non-traditional shift patterns, including weekends.
Qualifications
  1. Education: Degree required.
  2. Logistics Experience: Relevant experience in logistics, with a focus on analyzing data to measure and optimize performance.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and advanced proficiency in written and verbal Spanish and English.
  4. Communication Skills: Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers, cross-functional teams, and leadership.
  5. Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
  6. Relationship Building: Experience connecting with partners and building relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Management Experience: Relevant experience in managing people.
  2. Process Improvement: Experience identifying problems and building scalable processes to fix them.
