Job Description

At Amazon, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through our last-mile delivery services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our HubDP program team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with local store owners, as well as collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business growth and improve delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to recruit and manage a pool of local stores, ensuring seamless delivery operations.
  2. Provide operational support and lifecycle management for on-boarded stores, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with the team to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  4. Utilize data analytics to drive business decisions and optimize delivery processes.
  5. Develop and maintain contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
  6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including store owners, operations teams, and leadership.
  7. Work closely with the operations and CO teams to ensure regular communications and alignment.

Requirements:

  1. Relevant experience in logistics and delivery operations.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  5. Relevant experience in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Relevant experience in managing people and teams.
  2. Relevant experience in identifying problems and building scalable processes to fix them.
